Cha Cha's Hiland Bakery is proud to support our community. As a small, locally owned business we receive far more requests than we can fulfill. To keep the process fair and sustainable, all requests must go through this form.

Our 10% Charitable Discount
Approved nonprofit, charitable, school, community, and fundraising organizations receive a 10% charitable discount on qualifying bakery orders. In many cases this will be the form of support we are able to provide — it allows us to help more organizations while still covering our employees, ingredients, production time, and packaging. Additional donations or sponsorships may be approved separately depending on the organization, timing, and our monthly giving budget.
Geographic Priority
Our charitable giving is intended primarily to support the community that supports us.
- 1 Highland Park and Des Moines organizations, schools, veterans groups, events, and causes
- 2 The greater Des Moines metro area
- 3 Outside the metro — by exception only
Organizations outside our area are welcome to apply, but local requests will generally receive priority.
What to Expect
We review all requests and respond as promptly as we can. Due to volume, we are not always able to respond to every submission. If your request is approved you will hear from us directly. Please submit your request at least 3 weeks before your event date — last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.
